This is our Family's RV and was used only by us. it is upgraded with Girard Tankless Water Heater ($2000), a crucial upgrade to an RV of this size. Single driver and very well kept. The Ford E-450 Chassis was just serviced at Camping World. Separate Bedroom in the back as well as bunk beds and a king size bed above the cab allows for 6 people to sleep without opening the dinette or the sofa to beds (which will accommodate another 3 or 4 people). Perfect shape besides 3 small cosmetic only issues that do not affect the use of the RV in any way - a 2 feet scratch on the rear left side (see photo), 3 tears in the main awning that were already fixed (but you can see the tape that was used - awning works perfectly) and a very minor scratch to the driver side mirror chrome cover.
