Purchased new from Curtis Trailers in Portland.  Very well taken care of.  If you have kids THIS is the model to have.  Dual bunks with couch in back, queen bed in front.  Triple Slide outs.  Island Kitchen.  Dual Gray tanks.  Outdoor Kitchen with Sink and Refrigerator.  Roomy and comfy.  No damage.  No issues.  Just had it waxed ($500). Always covered.
