Awesome family camper in great shape. Everything works and is very clean outside and in. Easy tow at 8,420 lbs with GWVR 11,600 lbs and 33' long. Has 2-40 gallon grey tanks and 40 gallon black. LED lighting added under awning and undercarriage.  Outside shower, outside cooking area with a sink and outside TV area under awning. Rear carry rack on back that folds up. Sleeps 8-10 with large bunk beds. Tons of storage inside and out, large cabinets inside. Wheel bearings packed this Spring and new power inverter installed. Tires are in good shape with good tread. TV's and other accessories not included. Will be hard to find a nicer family fifth wheel for the price.
