2012 Gulf Stream Innsbruck 398FRS Lodge Series with Supreme Package. 

Meticulously maintained one owner camper. My dad purchased this camper new from Ace Fogdall RV, now Camping World, in Cedar Falls, IA and was his pride and joy for the last 8 years. Unfortunately Dad has recently passed and Mom doesn't want/need this much camper anymore. Always professionally serviced at Camping World or more recently Paine's RV. Winterized and stored in a heated facility every winter.  When it came to maintenance this camper got what it needed when it needed it, no expense spared. 

Waxed every other year and the inside is truly just like new.  You have to see it to believe it.  Everything and I mean EVERYTHING works EXACTLY how it should. No leaks, no soft spots in the floor or ceiling, no missing screens.  No tears or mildew stains in the awning.

New tires within the last couple years. Has very few travel miles as most of its use came at campground 15 miles from home. Comes with about everything you need to go camping (cords, hoses, jacks, etc.) and features plenty of storage.  Plenty of room for the whole family with bunks and a convertible dinette in the front and a master bedroom with slide out in the back.  Dry weight is about 9,350 lbs, runs over 10K fully loaded so it's fringe half ton towable depending on your towing experience. 

Clean, clear title in hand.  Have the original checklist from when it was purchased new as well.
