The RV is in very good shape with slight wear showing on leather seating. The dimensions are: ht:19'5" width 6'8" ht: 9'9" so it parks in a regular parking space and is easy to drive. Has water pump, hot water heater, refrigerator, freezer, TV, surround sound, DVD player, space heater, air conditioner, 2 burner range, back up camera, and macerator for the waste system. The bed motor, waste hose, all glow plugs and diesel engine turbo boost system have been replaced. It has 5 new tires (including spare). This is a great RV!
