Handicapped accessible class A, 34 foot Cummins diesel pusher.  Onan diesel generator.  52,500 miles.  Perfect for "snowbirds".  Drives great!  Exhaust brakes make those downhills easy. Cruise control. Two slides, dual roof A/C.  Large Corian shower, Corian counter tops and vanity top.  Adjustable queen bed replaced original standard bed.  Set up for washer/dryer.  Hydraulic leveling system.  Backup camera and smart Samsung TV.  Dish tailgater included. Wheelchair accessible with Ricoh lift.  It had already been converted to handicapped RV when purchased in 2014.  We purchased the RV because it had the wheelchair lift.  Then we remodeled the shower which is not a "roll in" shower but has a small lip to keep the water inside.  We also installed wood floors and the adjustable bed to make everything easier for us to use.  We replaced the driver and passenger seats with Flexsteel leather seats.  The passenger seat is a recliner.  Both seats swivel to face into the living area.  It is not set up for a handicapped driver.  It does not have hand controls. The Ricoh lift was a retrofit and could be removed to convert it back to a regular RV, but it makes a great elevator for loading and unloading!  No carrying groceries up the steps!  The engine and generator had a complete service in January 2020.  It does need new tires.  Les Schwab here in town said $2,012 for 6 tires (255/70RX22.5) mounted and balanced.  Priced accordingly.  If you are in the market for a handicapped unit you will find that they are few and far between.  I would like to give someone else an opportunity to enjoy this home on wheels.  Located in Grants Pass, Oregon.  Serious inquiries only.
