Our Roadtrek has been well maintained inside and out. We've had it for 14 years. It's mechanically in good shape -  inspected by a mechanic every year and all recommended work such as replacing brakes has been done. Inside there's lots of storage, with clothes closet, pantry and linen closet, plus a large "map drawer" over the driver and passenger seats, all in addition to standard overhead cabinets and under-bench drawers.

Appliances are all in good shape: the air conditioner is no more than 10 years old, microwave less than 5 and a brand new fridge. There are two house batteries that are two years old. The TV it came with is gone and has not been replaced. The water heater is maybe 5 years old; the water pump has been replaced. There's even a spare water pump I got when all I needed was to replace the valve at the city water inlet. Includes cable tire chains for the winter. We're including its used wheel covers. There's also a van cover that has been repaired but is missing its original bungee cords.
