I believe we are the 3rd owner of this 1997RC Rialta. When we bought it, the PO and his wife had just come back from a 2800 mile trip with no problems. He is over 6' and wanted more ceiling height. He and his wife said that furnace, AC, generator and all pumps work. 

Apparently, a large branch hit the passenger side of the upper cab. Due to the age, the insurance company wrote it off so it now has a salvage title. It has been repaired and is barely noticeable. Mechanically, it's like new. The Generac generator has just 49 hours on it.

We knew when we bought it that we would need to invest in some upgrades and repairs.  Since we have owned it, our local RV dealer has done the winterizing and Spring flushing.

Work that has been done in the past 2 years.
1. New tires with 4-wheel alignment
2. New exhaust system
3. Rebuilt tranny has less than 20k
4. New Transmission cooler
5. AC is fully charged and works great.
6. New chassis battery
7. New serpentine belt and idler
8. All interior bulbs were upgraded to LED
9. New TV and DVD player
10. New fire extinguisher and smoke detector
11. New door seal
12. New fuel filter

The only current issue with the Rialta is the fuel gauge sender unit. I had my mechanic replace it with a new one. It still sometimes jumps up and down.
