It's still like new (bought new in April 2019) with many upgrades. It also includes a remaining 1 yr. original warranty plus an additional 3 yrs extended warranty (valued at over $3000) which means 4 yrs of peace of mind. Another plus is we purchased a sprayed on lifetime finish (valued at $1000) that guarantees that it will not fade or discolor. The unit has always been stored indoors. Only selling because we discovered that our type of camping is much better suited to a travel trailer type RV.
