This RV has always been in an enclosed garage when not in use which leaves it in great shape! The 40X has a huge living room with lots of room to spread out. Includes a 50inch living room TV. Refrigerator had fans added, gets very cold, have turn to warmer setting to keep milk from freezing, freezer runs 4 degrees. Lots of storage, washer/dryer, vacuum system, regularly serviced. Front ac replaced with larger 15,000 unit. Dash air compressor replaced, very cold dash air. Roadmaster steering stabilizer added for even easier driving. AGM batteries, no adding water.
