The coach has new tires on the rear, 2 year old front tires. The engine top end service and valve adjustments were done last year along with replacing the transmission fluid and filters. The hydro-hot was serviced and the antifreeze replaced this summer. The coach batteries are 3 years old and chassis batteries 4 years.
