New:  tires, brakes, serpentine belt, steering stabilizer, RV Queen mattress, flat screen TV.

What works: Heater, AC, Plumbing, Microwave. Stove looks like new.

Disclosure - what does not work: fridge, cruise control, on board generator stalls.(could be just a clogged fuel filter). Ladder damaged.

Recently driven from Chicago suburbs to Arena WI, twice to Minneapolis area, and to Coralville Lake campground in Iowa. Runs fine. Great for protected travel during pandemic. Big enough to snowbird south for winter. Too big for wife and me. No warranty, selling as is.
