This camper is in excellent condition! I have stayed in it a total 5 times. The previous owner bought a tiny home in the same campground and kept it immaculate as well.  It has only been moved once (from the dealer to the campground). The space it is in, is available for year round or seasonal. The deck is in two sections and can easily be moved. It has the Extended Season Package. It is located in beautiful Maggie Valley, NC. It is in an excellent location inside of Stonebridge campground with plenty of parking! There is also plenty of storage as well! It has two bedrooms, a kitchen island with large sink for extra prep space, a fireplace, outside kitchen and shower, washer/Dryer hookup, attached outside gas grill, and much more. I have already placed a deposit of $500 to lock in the site for next season (the balance for you would be $2900 if you decided to keep it there). It can also be kept in this spot for the winter for $250. The season is from April 1st to Nov 1st. The space is paid up until Nov 1st, 2020. The camper and 19' awning have just been pressure washed, and the large deck has just been pressure washed and painted.
