Large garage ( 10' 1" deep by 8' 2" wide and 7' 6" high) with sliding glass doors separating garage from living space. Full kitchen with built in fridge/microwave/range. Separate bedroom plus sofa pulls out to make a bed. New (never used) memory foam queen mattress in bedroom. Fresh, heavy duty tires. There also a power up/down queen bed frame in the garage area but there is currently no mattress on it. Built in tool box in garage is included but can be removed if desired. Easy to pull with a bumper hitch. We pulled it with a 3/4 ton pickup with absolutely no issues. Recommend a weight distribution hitch.
