I bought this coach from a lifetime friend who bought this 40 foot 2008 Monaco Diplomat 40PDQ new in 2010 from dealer in Winston Salem, NC.  Upon buying the vehicle he built and engineered building and put in a 50 amp service to plug the coach in.  Except for travel it stayed in his building plugged in to shore power.  Once every month he had a, former long haul truck driver, take the coach out for a minimum 1 hour drive to keep a check on all systems and ran the generator under load. 

Owner kept this vehicle up and treated like it was one of his children.  We have all the maintenance records going back to 2010. It has a 400 Cummings Diesel, 8K Onan Generator with 981 hours, all 6 tires were replaced a year ago, all four coach batteries and both chasis batteries were changed out in the last 60 days.  It has a Surge Guard Protector Model 4025-RVC, aModel ME2012 Inverter/Charger and a Magnum AGS (automatic generator start).  There are 2 TV's, surround sound theatre with dvd player.  Two topside A/C units.  A dometic side by side Refridgerator/Freezer that runs on electric or propane and a 3 burner cooktop gas stove with gas oven.  A Quick recovery hot water heater that also runs on propane or electric and a Splendide WD2100 washer/dryer combo. The coach has 4 slides/pushouts, automatic leveling system, and rear and side cameras.  The front end was recently sprayed with Diamond Shield to protect against chipping and scratching.
