This is a nice, well cared for trailer. 
New tires, new battery and bearings repacked all in July of this year. 
Since 2018, new faucets in the bathroom and kitchen and a new toilet has been installed. 
I had a washer/dryer combo installed ($2500)
It is vented to the outside so it really dries!!
And I had a 50 gallon water tank installed for the grey water from the washer. 

I am removing the decals so it will have a nice clean all white look.
