Description

  • Purchased Brand New April 1, 2020
and never registered.  Used a couple times, but due to a change in circumstances, we have to sell.  This is in mint condition, and we have added a welded steel frame bunk/sofa setup in the back.  This is unique to this unit, you will not find another like it.  This was our plan for years, but we had the bad fortune to take delivery just as Covid started.  Our loss is your gain.

It is a toyhauler and we designed and installed a steel frame bunk setup in the garage, which has heat, lights, and AC factory installed.  The bunks both fold up so it can still be used as a toyhauler, or the top bunk folds down to create 2 sofas, one on each side, with a table that fits in the middle.  You can easily seat 8 people at this table.  Totally solid, totally functional family hauler that can also carry the toys.

In the middle is a large bathroom with a full bath with tub, vanity with storage and RV commode.  The hot water heater runs either electric and propane, so you can conserve fuel in campgrounds.

The front has a great kitchen, with microwave, stove, oven, and deep sink.  There is a queen bed over storage and a U-shaped dinette that converts to a full bed and a single slide.  Lots of storage and great lighting.  It is a very cheerful space in the evenings for dinner and boardgames on a rainy day.

Unit is still under warranty.  View full specs here: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2019-heartland-trail-runner-toy-hauler-floorplan-tr-28-th-tr39244

Here are some of the upgrades:
1. The 100ma battery has been replaced with a 100ma Lithium Phosphate (LiFPO4) battery.  Google this.  Expensive, premium RV battery.  Store it for years without fully discharging or damaging the battery.
2. Power Stabilizers Jacks.  No crawling under the RV with a screw gun! Makes setup much easier.
3. Power Tongue Jack. Push the button instead of sweating while you spin.
4. Black tank flush.  Plug in and flush out.  Key to a clean and good smelling RV.
5. Great lighted awning.
6. Everything you need to go today.  Sewer hoses and elbow, wheel chocks, Zero-G hose, tank flush hose, power cable, and a few other odds and ends.

Lastly, we are willing to sell the tow vehicle with it.  It is a 2016 Nissan NV3500 HD, 5.6l V-8, 70,000 miles, with a 100,000 warranty. Buy both and begin your adventure today.  Price for both together is $41,000. Both are in excellent condition.  No loans on either and titles in hand for both. Delivery possible for an additional fee.
