Almost-new, great little trailer for vacations, hunting trips, weekends at the lake. I've taken it all over the continent, in all seasons and weathers--the bottom is insulated against the winter, but adding skirting helps a lot when it gets really cold. Very comfortable and cozy for two--even has an electric fireplace at the foot of the bed. The sofa folds down into a second bed, for guests or children (or your dog). I actually lived in it for a year, and my girlfriend was with me for six months of that, and it's surprisingly roomy for its size. Can be towed with mid-sized truck or SUV: 3695 lbs. empty.

It's last year's model, and I've only owned it about a year. Everything is working and in great condition, I just got it back from being thoroughly serviced by the dealer. I am very conscientious about maintaining my things, and keeping them clean. Has been thoroughly cleaned and deodorized with an ozonator

I'm including everything you need to get started right away--hoses, connectors, levelers, power cable, etc. I'll even throw in the (clean) pots & pans and dishes if you want them. All you need is your personal property.

It's in storage now at some distance from my house. If you want to see it, we can make arrangements to meet in Waynesboro, Virginia, or if you're coming from a long way away I may, depending on scheduling, be able to hook it up and meet you partway. Delivery is also possible, within a day's drive or so, or further if you pay my expenses.
