AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE POSSESSION. The original owners sold this to me on 3/8/2019 and delivered it that same day to 4261 Pleasant Hill RD, Kissimmee. It has not left the property since. They put so few miles on it that it still has the original tires. They removed the dishwasher, but the plumbing and electrical hookups are still there. Plumbing and electrical hookups are in the bedroom closet for a washer and dryer.

This 2013 Cedar Creek has features that Forest River has removed from its newer RVs, only offering those features in the more expensive Hathaway or Champagne models, for instance, the very attractive endcap shown in the 2nd photo Note that our trailer has the EXPLORER package. IHMO every possible option EXCEPT an outdoor kitchen and the above appliances. The remote-controlled self leveling system is really cool when we took the RV out of summer storage.

We spent 6 months this winter in this trailer and LOVED IT. I NEVER RUN OUT OF HOT WATER in the shower.

This Cedar Creek 36CKTS should be good for boondocking. The water heater and refrigerator automatically switch from 110V to propane and this RV has two large tanks. It has a propane stove, and all the lights are 12v. Of course the automatic furnace operates on 12v and LP gas. This has 2 high-capacity 12v ceiling fans, one that is manually controlled in the bathroom, and a second one that can be programmed to shut off at night before the RV gets too cold. These fans, plus the fact that Cedar Creek insulates their RVs so well, meant that we didn't need to use the A/C much. I never got the chance to boondock this spring due to Covid-19. Selling because we bought a bigger Forest River 5th wheel.

The lazy boy furniture is no longer with us. Instead we have two very comfortable reclining chairs and use the extra space for an inflatable couch/queen bed which is included. I will guarantee your inspection. Buy the RV and get it inspected immediately, before moving it, I will fix everything wrong at my expense, or at my option, nullify the sale. This applies to EVERYTHING, except the tires. They have plenty of tread, but they ARE the original 2013 tires.
