This 30Ft toy hauler has a 10 feet garage separated with a patio door from the rest of the RV, so NO odor if you load your motor toys.
I'm a full-time remote worker so I sat in place a workplace with monitor in the garage, so the patio door allows you to work without being disturbed from others living/watching TV.
Everything is functional: TV, bluetooth radio, full-size fridge, Microwave, Over, BBQ, double sink, U-shape dinette in slide-out, awning, etc.
Queen size been in front, another queen size bed in the garage that can me moved to ceiling, 2 sofas making another queen size bed.
300 watts solar system installed with 2 batteries with MPPT charger, added also a 2000 watts sinus wave inverter
(I plan to buy a small RV and transfer the solar kit on it, if you want to keep the solar/inverter kit add 1000$ to price)
4x Brand new 10 ply tires (2 from last and 2 this year).
Split vanity from toilet.
LOTS of storage.
