2012 Redwood 38BR - This is a fifth wheel travel trailer that has many great features, too many to outline completely. The richness of the wood is warm and inviting, highlighting the quality materials in this coach. Dry weight is approximately 14,000 lbs. Other inviting features include a ceiling fan; solid surface counter tops; large flat screen television in main living room; an electric fireplace; ceiling fan and lots of storage both inside and out. There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom; a large cedar-lined closet in master bedroom; two air conditioners - one is heat pump; a 6-point computerized leveling system; a TrailAir pin box which smooths the ride, along with the tires that are about three years old. There are two entry doors and several emergency egress windows. The are four slides, one is a bonus bedroom slide that provides additional room at the foot of the bed. The cedar lined closet is spacious and features many pockets and a safe. The sizeable bonus room is fit for an office, storage and/or a craft room. There are doors to the living room and to outside.
