So when I transferred the title to N.C they changed it to a 2012. This is a spacious 31-foot Class C bunkhouse is a gem of a find for a family to make memories. This class C has tons of storage space inside and out. Only 18,500 miles. It says it can sleep 10. We have had 7 adults in it with plenty of room. Navigation system, Back up camera, GPS, and Bluetooth. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove & oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer that runs on electric or propane.3 TVs, DVD player, speakers throughout.  Queen size bed in the master bedroom.  The foldout couch in the front living area and in the bunkhouse.  4K Watt generator with 260 hours on it.  6-gallon electric or propane water heater.  Cable TV connection,  RV storage cover, outside Shower.  There are to 2 Slideouts with toppers, an 11’ large power awning. Tow ready up 5000 lbs.
No need to worry about the roof it has a brand new rubber roof installed in January 2020. So you have no worries about the roof. Brand new re-upholstery on both sofas, dinette table seat cushions, and bunkhouse bed. All replaced November 2019.
Michelin tires put on in July 2019.
2 new batteries spring of 2020.
The awning is not ripped or torn but will need to be replaced.
Service and oil changed completed just a couple of weeks ago. It's ready to roll. 

We do not want to sell but we are having to make some cutbacks.
