This coach has custom hardwood cabinetry and Nu-heat Heated tile flooring throughout.  It has a 100 amp Smart Energy Management System and an Onan Cummins 6.5kw Propane Generator with remote start and only 182 hours.  It also has two Roof AC units, two Suburban Furnaces, two Carefree Automatic Awnings that deploy/retract with a switch or they will retract at your pre-set wind speed.  The coach has a Wineguard Satellite Antenna, Fantastic Vent Fan and heated fresh/holding tanks for the cold weather areas.

Coach has motorized automatic inside window coverings.  With the touch of a button, you can lower either sun shades or complete black out shades as needed. 

The Kitchen has Corian countertops with a center island.  This coach has ample cabinet storage, drawer storage and a pull out pantry.   It has a huge Dometic 4 door refrigerator, GE Profile Convection/Microwave Oven, Radiant Cooktop and a Fisher & Paykal Dishwasher.  The Intervac Central Vac is conveniently located to easily service the entire coach.  There is a matching hardwood dinette set with four padded chairs.

The Living Room area has a 54” LG Plasma TV, Phillips DVD Player and a 24” Fireplace Heater.  It has a sofa bed and two easy chairs.  There are large windows all around to enjoy your view from any location.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, 36” Samsun LCD TV, an 18” Fireplace Heater and mirrored closet.

The Bathroom has a full size walk in shower, sink with vanity and separate toilet room for privacy.  In adjacent area there is a very convenient side by side Ariston Washer and Ariston Dryer.

Chassis has 3 Dexter Axles with new tires in 2019, less than 50 miles on set.  The Bigfoot Automatic Leveling System allows you to easily level the coach. This coach has always been kept inside a storage building when not being used.
