Purchased July 11th 2020.  Over ten months left on the factory warranty.  Love the unit, but enjoy the travel so much, we have decided to upgrade to a motorhome.  Loaded with extras: generator, upgraded mattress, washer & dryer, Oscilating pin box, 4 6 volt batteries, solar charging, 4 burner cook top with full size oven, and gas/electric refrigerator. All standard items can all be seen on the Cedar Creek website.  This is a brand new 5th wheel.  MSRP plus dealer installed options was just over 100K.
