I purchased this RV brand new in May 2020.  The entire RV has been Duratan protected, to include a protective coating on the Exterior, interior, Awning, and undercarriage.  This eliminates the need for waxing, and protects from fading, stains, corrosion, and mold.  The tires have also been protected by Multi Seal, which lasts for the life of the tires, and helps prevent up to 95% of tire failures from punctures and under inflation, and seals bead and valve stem leaks.
