2016 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS in very good condition. Great floor plan of the number one selling 5th wheel in the US. Very well built full time rated. No known leaks. Roof has been inspected by owner annually. This spacious 5th wheel is the perfect unit for weekend get aways or anyone looking to live in fulltime. It has everything you could need from living space and lots of storage. The bathroom is very nice size with lots of cupboards and drawers. The shower is a large walk in shower with seat. Livingroom has electric fireplace, theater seating, entertainment center with a large TV, and a sofa/bed. There are 3 slides, 2 of the slides make a large roomy living area. Kitchen area has an island with a sink that has recently been painted from black to a soft creamy lemon yellow. The table and chairs all have storage compartments. Nice size pantry with extra lights on each self. In the bedroom closet, there is washer and dryer hookups. This RV has two air conditioners one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The 3rd slide is in the bedroom which is for a queen size bed. (We will be taking our mattress with us). A king mattress will not fit. There is a large storage compartment under the bed, large dresser with above storage. Bedroom has a TV hook up. A 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, a 17' awning with additional sunscreen, 2 propane tanks and an outdoor shower. Large outdoor stage compartment.
