We purchased this camper new from Ocean Lakes Campground in February 2019, so even though it is a 2017 model it is in like new condition. It has been stored at Ocean Lakes and only pulled across the street and setup whenever we would go down to camp. It has only been used 7 or 8 times. It is perfect for a permanent lot or vacation destination.

It comes fully equipped with king bed, leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner plus an additional leather chair and ottoman, full size shower, porcelain foot flush toilet, electric fireplace, beautiful kitchen with many cabinets for storage, full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, full size mounted microwave with exhaust, four chair dining room table, sliding glass patio door, electric awning, two slide outs, dual A/C units, washer/dryer hookups, bluetooth dvd/cd/am-fm stereo, ceiling fans, and many other standard options. We are also leaving 2 outdoor chairs, a small charcoal grill with table, 2 hose pipes, sewer hoses, and other small items.
