--2007 K-Z Durango 325BH, It is in  excellent condition, I purchaed it new in 2007. I am the original owner with Title. It was  used from  2007 to 2009 parked in one location. It was not driven around much at all .  We then purchased a full time house where we used it and put a cover on the RV and did not use any longer . We would take off the cover annually to clean and wax etc. and then put the cover back on. 
--It has 1.5 baths , the extra bath in the rear allows for guests in either the bunk or sofa area to use their own private bath , This is a priceless feature, the 1/2 bath also has a separate door to enter from the  outside so wherever you are and someone needs to use the restroom they enter that door from the outside  and do not go into the main area, the same with guests inside the RV , Your Master bath is private , Having the extra bathroom is a must .

  
--The RV has an Arctic package which enables it stay warmer  in colder temperatures and cooler in hotter temperatures  and  the underneath is insulated and sealed off as well and addiutional R value throughout.
-- Has an Outside shower, Outside sink , Outside speakers and stereo, Outside Propane Grill , 17 foot awning . There is no TV , Central Vac ,   .
