This 2017 Pleasure-Way Plateau FL is a single owner gem. The chassis is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter body with a 3 liter V6 Blue-Tec diesel and the house is finely built by the craftsfolk at Pleasure-Way. Using boat nomenclature, "Rozie" is in "Bristol Fashion" with a bit less than 15,000 miles.

The interior lay-out has the galley style kitchen on the right side which makes that entire side very light and bright. This orientation we have found espsecially convenient since the campsite is in full view as meals and libations are prepared. The kitchen counter is a cream color made from Dupont Corian with a dropleaf piece at the end. There is a sink with hot and cold water faucet, and a flush two burner propane stove with drawers below and cabinents beneath.

The left side has a convenient pedestal "lounge" table and small desk immediately behind the driver's seat. Both front seats easily swivel, making the lounge a comfortable space for meals, reading, etc. This table may also be used in the back where the couch and side seating is situated.

Moving back on the left side, is a private wet bathroom with shower and sink. Behind this is a 3.8 cubic foot 3-waythree way fridge/freezer with a convection microwave above. Then, there is a hanging locker with a bottom hatch for longer articles.

The back of the van has a convertable couch that unfolds with the touch of a button to become the basis for a very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper. My wife and I think it is even more comfortable than our bed at home!

All upholstery is made from "Ultraleather" which is a very luxurious and supple fabric. It is amazingly durable and easy to clean. There are overhead cabinents along the right side, in the rear, and on the left back.

Some other items to point out are the Onan propane generator, the 190W solar array with Dual 100AH Eco-lithium batteries, power self-supporting awing with led lighting, 11,000 btu roof mount air-conditioner, on-demand hot water, low profile fan-tastic ceiling fan, exterior shower, two flatscreen tvs, sliding screen door, and the list goes on.

We have really enjoyed our "Rozie" but don't have time (due to work) to use her as much as we'd like during this Covid crisis. This is the best driving and best built RV we've ever experienced. She's all set right now for a new adventure, so please feel free to contact us.
