You have found your Purple Unicorn, a meticulously maintained 5th wheel Toy Hauler in the Midwest. This TH has a great layout tons of room and great interior storage. A large kitchen area with an island, lots of counter top space, and tons of storage as well. One of our favorite features is the outdoor kitchen with lp dual burner stove top and a refrigerator (this is not an option you will find easily in new TH's). This beautiful TH sleeps 10.
The TH is a 10' garage with two queen size beds with one that transforms into seats and has a stow away table. This unit has a Cummins 5500 Onan generator. Brand new roof that was put on fall of 2019 and New Carlisle tires (some of the best rated rv tires on the market) put on Spring of 2019. Camper seams conditioned and replaced annual as needed. All preventative maintenance performed per manufactures recommendation on all appliances, accessories, body and chassis. Documentation of all PM's can be provided. A detailed schedule of all manufactures recommended will be included along with all owners manuals. All rv necessities (hoses, wheel chocks, ect. Including tvs can be provided if price is right. Camper has been covered since we purchased it in 2017 for one year under a quality cover and wheel covers that can be included in the purchase with other items. We then built this RV car port where it has been stored since. Also this 2015 was like new when we bought it in 2017 with Plastic covering still on carpet and no wear. 
We love this camper and its makes us sick to sell it, its our home away from home but we have a new baby boy and have decided to go back to a more back to nature approach with camping until he grows up some with overland type camping.
