2018 Work and Play 30WRS, loaded with options, 36ft, 1 slide-out, sleeps 7. Always stored indoors and meticulously maintained. Cleaner than the day I bought it from dealer. I removed the sliding glass door and finished the opening. I have the sliding door with all hardware and trim and goes with the camper incase the buyer wants to reinstall. The garage is 10ft 4" long x 8ft wide x 90" high. It comes with ramp door cables and brace to make the ramp door a patio. It is prewired for a generator, but has no generator. Comes with 2 TVs, refrigerator, microwave with convection, 3 burner range, AM/FM/CD/DVD system with Bluetooth and indoor and outdoor speakers and outdoor shower. There is lots of storage in the front passthrough storage compartment and under the bed. It has a pull down screen when the ramp door is used as a patio or is down. You can sleep 7 with happy jack sofas that makes a bed, an upper bed that electronically lowers when needed, a pull out sofa and a queen bed in the bedroom. The happy jack sofas can be raised and fold down against the walls or they and the upper bed can be removed. The fuel station has never been used. I installed 4 new Goodyear tires after a flat tire in late 2019 and added a custom privacy curtain in the garage to give guests their own space. I have 2 wire connectors that were broken when I had the flat tire. I haven't installed them because I never used the fuel pump. A few specs: 1 AC with duct venting; 110 gallon tank for fresh water; gray and black tanks hold 38 gals each. Electric and gas hot water heater.
