Great low mileage Alfa See Ya.  Currently only has 35,000 miles on her.  The engine is a Cat 350 HP and it runs great.  The unit is 40' long so it comes with the washer/dryer.  We upgraded the fridge cooling unit to the Amish version so it still runs on AC and Propane and the ice-maker works.  With this new cooling unit we can keep ice cream cold enough to enjoy.  The coach has 6 new FLA batteries and they have all been tied together.  It comes with two large solar panels on the roof which can be tilted.  It has a Blue Sky solar charge controller.  The main slide motor was just replaced.  All older TV's were removed and two LCD Roku TV's were installed in both the front of the coach and bedroom.  A ceiling fan was added in the bedroom.  The coach includes a stereo with a Sirius/XM radio antenna and a 6-CD changer.  Loads of storage space inside and in the basement areas.  The basement has the fridge/freezer as well.  Just a little of the Alfa Pox is now showing up after going through one winter.  All of the slide seals were replaced and the tires were replaced in 2018.  Owner has a warranty that is possibly tranferrable with 2 1/2 years remaining.  Warranty has a $250 co-pay.
