Purchased new February 2018. Used once but we've not had a chance to use it since. Winterized last fall but not dewinterized this spring as we knew we wouldn't have time. Never any smoking or pets inside. It looks like new.

Besides travel/camping this can be used as a "guest room" when plugged in at home. Your guests have privacy especially when you don't have the extra space in your home.

It has rear bath and front bedroom. Step inside the trailer, to the left is a dinette that converts to a bed. Above the dinette is a TV hookup. Straight ahead of the entrance is a sofa that converts to a bed. The side opposite of the entry door has a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, and refrigerator. At the rear is the bathroom with a secure door. Inside is a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and a roomy radius shower. At the front, is the bedroom with queen bed, two wardrobes, and a shelf to store items. A curtain can be pulled closed to give the bedroom privacy. Lots of upper and lower cabinets, drawers and storage space, and one exterior compartment on each side of the trailer.

Other features: colored LED awning and trailer lights, 14’ power awning with adjustable legs, power stabilizer jacks and power tongue jack, central switch command center, two outside speakers, six gal. water heater, two full propane tanks, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, Furrion Entertainment System, SafeStep to enter the trailer.

We purchased them separately from the trailer: Andersen “No Sway” weight distribution hitch, Hoppy Hitch level, 5 Jack Blocks w/magnets, 2 camper levelers, 35’ water hose (Taste Pure 35 drinking water HC), hi-flow, lead-free water regulator, Titan sewer kit, electrical adapter, Optima battery purchased new January 2020.
