 This coach is a one owner, excellent condition, and well maintained. I ordered it with many extras and special orders (See build sheet).  It is truly a non smoking and no pets coach.  It has never been in snow, salt, or parked next to salt water. Since new if not traveling down the road, it has been plugged into shore power which can eliminate many problems others have. Coach recently had yearly service to chassis, engine, and generator  and is good to June 2021. 

Coach has 28k miles, and comes with a zero deductible extended warranty until March 2022. This is an all electric coach (no propane), special ordered with the upgraded 8 AGM house batteries (no maintenance and no corrosion in battery compartment). The all electric coach comes with 3 15M BTU heat pumps and AC’s, energy management system, flush mounted true induction cook top, and 10kw Onan generator with auto generator start. Upon purchase will furnish buyer with all records of maintenance for the extended warranty. All leather furniture replaced by Newmar under warranty and upgraded dinette chairs to London Aire chairs. 

In addition, I have hard wired a Progressive Industries EMS50 into the electrical system. When you hook up to shore power this system checks the parks electrical system and if all is ok will trip the transfer switch and allow shore power to come into coach. If parks system is faulty, it will not let the harmful situation transfer power into coach.  If the park power is ever running on low voltage, it will shut off shore power and not allow the harmful situation to damage the electrical appliances in the coach. If this happens the auto generator start will take over.  At the shore power reel it has a digital readout of voltages for Leg 1 & 2.  If any thing is wrong it will give error codes. 

Oasis furnace and hot water (continuous hot water). Will also heat wet bay in basement via thermostat control.
