This fully furnished tiny house, 12ft x 34'4" ft, is located on Jonathan Creek, part of Kentucky Lake, in Benton, Kentucky.   It is only 8 years old and in pristine condition!  It is move in ready and set up to begin enjoying your getaways!
The spacious living and dining area include a love seat, two recliners, two end tables, 40" flat screen tv, dining table with four chairs. The kitchen includes full size refrigerator and stove, various dishes, pots and pans. All cabinets are solid wood. There is a full bath/shower.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, his and her closets, and tv.
There is a large storage unit in hall.
This is a well-insulated home. It has a thermo sliding patio door with screen, a fully shingled roof, 40,000 BTU furnace with electric ignition, 50-amp electric service. It also comes with two outside storage units. (The grill and the patio furniture in the photo are not included.)
It is currently in a Campground and rented seasonally from March to October.   It can be moved should the buyer desire.
