While we've owned the bus, we've ensured proper maintenance in oil changes, had the house and chassis batteries replaced. Have hand washed and waxed the bus at least once a year, cleaned and treated the roof. She's definitely not brand new, but we've done our best to maintain her as she's been our home.

Will include various items we've accumlated, e.g. 50amp power surge protector, water filter and sofener, fixed and variable water constrictors, dehumidifier, and spares such as water pump, generator fuel pump, and other spares for lights, fuses, water hoses, etc.
