The unit has an electric patio awning plus two additional awnings over the slide out and door entry. There are 4 sun guard shades plus an electric front window shade. There is plenty of closet storage and a full size shower. There is a stackable washer and druer plus a cental vacuum system. There are two roll out storage compartments in the basement plus several other large storage units. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and dishwasher, double sink, 3 burner electric light stove with oven, convection microwave, dining table with 4 chairs. The living room has a leather hide-a-bed sofa and a Euro Chair with Ottoman. In addition there are solar panels and a reverse osmosis system that have been added. All original manuals come with the unit.
