Owned since new.  Still using. Maintained meticulously.  It has 39418 miles on it.  The interior is like new.  It has one slideout.  Two new flat screen TV's are in it and a connection and bracket for an ouitside TV.  It is a Ford 450 with a V10 gasolene engine.  A Blue Ox towing package is included.

Due to its age the striping on the exterior is wearing and in one spot the fiberglass in delaminating from the side walls.  The camper does not leak.  According to the service department at the dealership where I bought it, it would cost approximately $5000.00 to repair the fiberglass.  Hence the low selling price.
