We are the first owners of this 2018 Grand Design Reflection 320 MKS. It has been kept under cover either in the shed or with the fabric cover which is included. The 3 slide outs have retractable covers. The outdoor cooktop and refrigerator have never been used.  There is an outside tv as well as one in the living area above the fireplace. The couch converts to a full size bed and the dinette booth also can sleep 2 children. The living area has 2 Thomas Payne recliners with massage and heat. Wheel bearing recently relubed and brakes checked and cleaned.There is a ridiculous amount of storage in this rv.  Superglide 5th wheel hitch is available but not included.
