Perfect for newer RVers or seasoned pros.  This is small enough to jockey around a gas station but big enough to spend a month at your favorite resort (full-size shower).  Always stored covered and in great condition with $1000's of extras.  This trailer has had a second low profile A/C unit added above the bedroom for desert stays, although it has never been in extreme heat.  Equipped with auto-leveling jacks for easy set-up/teardown.  There are 3 TV's onboard, 2 in the coach and one in the outside storage area along with a second small fridge (no need to pop the slides when you're heading down the road), kitchen island, and fireplace.  It has newer tires and factory replaced heavy-duty brakes.  There is a queen in the bedroom and the living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more.
