We bought this new to live in but life has changed for us.    We added the washer and dryer and it has a new Helix king sized mattress.   This camper is a home, it's huge!   Residential refrigerator, fireplace, 4 slides, 3 tvs, a fold down porch, two ACs, electric retractable shore power cable, sliding glass door behind fold down porch, large shower, automatic awning, etc.    It has EVERYTHING you need to be comfy away from home.  I will be including the Anderson Ultimate hitch and all hoses and necessities with the rig so you are ready to go.   You do need a stout truck to pull it but it pulls like a dream.   I will consider delivering free of charge within reason.   If it is a long haul I still might for a fee.   This is a super nice camper but we just don't use it enough to justify it.  The original price was $98,434.00.   It is a top of the line camper.   I am only asking what I owe against it and have it financed through USAA in case you use them they will quickly move the loan if you qualify.  I have also heard that you can get it financed for 20 years through Mountain America, US Bank or Bank of the West for some seriously low payments.    It currently does not have the sofa in it as I removed it to place my desk there but I will put one in for you if you'd like.
