The Evergreen Amped 32GS has all the amenities you could want. it's 37 ft long, runs 50 Amp service, has an 11 ft long garage with several tie downs, (2) AC units, keyless entry with multiple remotes, 4 seat couch with recliners in the slide out, queen size master bed, booth seating w/ table in the rear end w/ another queen size Hapijac bed that lowers from the ceiling, a 55" TV in the main room that pivots 180 degrees so you can watch in the bedroom, built in DVD & stereo system with outside speakers, 18 ft power awning, cabling for satellite & cable TV hookups, upgraded aluminum rims w/ brand new Sailun trailer tires, 5kw Onan generator for off grid boondocking, front & rear powered stabilizers and. the Hensley Hitch system, which is $3,000 alone and is essential to safely towing a travel trailer of this size. It completely eliminates trailer sway and give you lots of confidence when towing.
The rear ramp folds down to 90 degrees to create an awesome patio w/ railing system, which is great to stay off the ground and away from bugs, dirt, etc. I'll include the bar in the back end seen in the pics and there's also another custom matching lounge chair not shown to be included. There is a fuel station with (2) extra gas tanks to use for filling up the toys while out and about also. The unit is in pretty good shape for being 5 years old.

Only issues are with the 2 seats on the couch (seams came apart - see pics) and a small piece of the left fender that broke off due to a blow out (see pic) which precipitated the new tires! The water heater was recently serviced and the heating element replaced and it's actually at the shop right now having a couple minor issues addressed so it's ready to go for a new family.

NADA shows this unit as a 2016 model for some reason. With options it lists at $42-48k retail. I know it's used and has a couple minor issues noted along with the Hensley Hitch so I'm pretty firm on the price.
