Enjoy your next camping trip with this popup trailer. Light enough to haul with the family van (UVW 1968lbs), the electric brakes will keep you and the pop-up safe in case of a sudden stop.
Imagine parking your popup, flipping a switch to raise your roof with the power lift. Pull out two large beds with enough room for two. You can eat inside at the side dinette with storage underneath the seats. The dinette folds down into a bed. Unlike many pop-ups, this one comes with heating (20,000 BTU) and air conditioning. Hot water heater with Direct Spark Iginition allows you to take a hot shower (inside or out) or wash dishes in the sink. You can cook inside with a stainless steel, three burner stovetop. You can also pull out the grill and cook up your next meal outside. Keep your food cold in a three-way fridge (can be powered by propane, battery, or electric hookup. 1.9 cu ft.)
All of these powered by a common 15-pound propane tank you can pick up at the store, and a 30-AMP cord. If you are off the grid, the exhaust fan and lights can be powered by your 12V Marine Battery.
This was our first RV.  We loved it for our family of six. However, we are ready to upgrade to something bigger and would love to sell this unit to a family who is ready to enjoy the great outdoors.
NOTE: the water pump for the toilet does not work, but is not necessary for use of the toilet.
