Why we're selling: We love the RV. In the past 7 years, 4 with this RV, we have explored every major section of the Lower 48.  We are ready for some different adventures not requiring an RV.  It has been a family blessing to have this RV. We will miss it!

The Good:Exterior body very good condition. Tons of storage inside & out. Back outside compartment is pass through w/ 2 lights. Officially sleeps 11 (realistically 8 adults-we have had more than 11 with kids involved.) Sleeping areas are master queen, queen over cab, double sofa sleeper, double bunk with double on bottom, and dining room convert. 3 TV's. Strong engine 51,000 miles - no issues going over the Rocky Mts. In line water purification system. 2 slides. Power awning. GPS + Satellite Radio ready. Winter Pack for cold weather camping prevents exterior lines from freezing. Includes all sewage hoses, water hoses, & leveling blocks.  Includes RV cover, good condition. Plus "Vacation Air" - a tent-like room that hangs off of your awning to make a screened in porch. All tune ups/oil changes regular & on time. Very clean inside & out. All kitchen appliances are in great condition.

The Bad:Middle TV needs re-wiring.  2018 tire blow out ripped out external AV wiring.  We don't use our TV's much so we didn't bother to fix it. Low rear clearance - back hitch will scrap if extreme slope. We noticed this pulling out of gas stations not driving on the road.

The Ugly: (Full disclosure, no secrets.)Faux-Leather started to show signs of wear 2019. Minor on driver and passenger chairs. Significant on sleeper sofa. We purchased a sofa cover recently which is included. Repaired small tear in awning with specialized awning tape.  Awning functional, repairs not obviously noticeable. Wrinkles in ceiling by master bed evidence of water damage. We are second owners.  Came to us in that condition. Hasn't worsened, no active leaks, no leaks since we have owned it past 4 years. Lost passenger side hubcap recently between PA and TX. Bottom corner of bedroom slide molding has significant scuff, but in an area not easily seen.
