This is an awesome toyhauler for hauling all your toys or the garage makes a great second bedroom with a half bath for your guests. Everything works as it should. It has an on board generator, fueling station, auto hydraulic leveling, 3 ac's, newer tires on a triple axle platform, power awnings, exterior TV and speakers, fireplace, bunkroom in main living area, bunks in the garage. The rear door converts into a deck with its own awning. It is also equipped with an air ride hitch.  The couches are starting to wear so we are willing to negotiate for replacing them. We are asking $44,500 or we would consider trading for mountain property in the NC mountains.
