2019 Keystone Alpine 36 ft for sale. Used one season in Florida. Very comfortable full time living. We added a front load washer and a dryer. We also added an upgrade Maxfan bath exhaust fan with temp settings in addition to the Fan-Tastic fan in the kitchen. Other additions are a Dish satellite and receiver and a tripod stabilizer for the pin hitch. It is also wired for Comcast cable tv and internet. Keystone has upgraded the pin with a TrailAir Rotoflex pin box and a TrailAir Road Armor shock absorbing equalizer for optimal ride quality. It also features greasable bronze bushings.
The unit is equipped with a 16,500 btu electric heat pump. Both units are whisper quiet Dometic units. The insulation is -14 rated with R-28 roof and R-40 floor. Walls are R-10 insulation. It also has insulation and electric heat pads for the liquid tanks for cold weather use.
This Alpine comes with molded front and rear caps. The 5th wheel has full paint and painted graphics.
This unit has the Samsung residential side by side fridge with a dedicated inverter system. It also has a fully automatic 6 point leveling system and a new Lippert entrance step system with strut assist.  The kitchen peninsula makes meal prep easy.
