Description

Easy-to-Tow Camper Custom Built in Fall 2019! Like New!

This camper is very easy to tow at approximately 900lbs unloaded. We've loved it, zero issues! Available to meet with very interested buyers on weekday evenings and on some weekends - it is currently stored in Erie, CO.  Cash only.  It is titled in CO and we will complete all necessary paperwork. Feel free to ask any questions.

Specs: Box Length: 8’ - Overall Width: 6’ - Overall Length w/ front cargo basket & trailer/coupler: 12’ - Dry Weight: 990 lbs. - Sleeps 2 (+ a dog!)

Exterior: front jack w/ wheel, 2” coupler, safety chains, trailer wire connector for safety lights; cargo basket; 2 locking doors (1 w/ screened window) on either side (note: the door w/o the window is tight occasionally harder to shut); 2 windows w/ screens; 15” tires; back stabilizer jacks; roof rack, awning on passenger side.

Back galley: large locking door opens to 40”tall x 48”wide x 15”deep, small pump sink; power strip; plenty of room to store camping & cooking gear.

Interior: 48” high inside (you can sit up comfortably); tri-fold 'RV King' foam bed; PolyWall white walls; gray vinyl ‘hardwood-style’ flooring; mounted light strip (AA batteries); shelf to toss keys & small items; TV mount; small fan; two mesh cargo nets below each window; power strip.  One of us is 6’2” and wishes the interior was ~2” longer to sleep comfortably.

Extras: Climate Right dual A/C + Heater unit with attachments to hook up to the camper (works extremely well when you camp at sites with electric hook-ups!); 2 sets of keys for all doors/locking devices; 19” TV; wheel lock; coupler lock; 4 plastic chocks; 4 plastic containers that fit in the back galley to store various items; 2 wire shelves above the pump sink; Classic Accessories trailer cover (we purchased it new and it already has some tears, but it works fine for normal lot storage); 2 extension cords + 1 dogbone adapter for campsite power hook up (we use one for the Climate Right unit, and one directly plugged directly into the camper for the power strips).

Notes: camper is very light, the builder recommended we put our filled water jug or bags inside the camper to provide some weight; camping grill & personal items seen in photos NOT included; you need a hitch for a 2" ball coupler.  Thank you!
