The unit comes with discharge hoses and all the necessary connections, all stored in their own separate compartment.  Bike rack on roof ladder (2 bikes).  Tires are in good shape (see pictures). Included is an electric tongue lift along with 4 electric stabilizer jacks.  There is a Stromberg Trailer Tray on the tongue with a custom generator box (holds a honda 3000 perfectly).  Wired for direct connection to the generator, so no need to connect the external power cable to use the generator.  This model of the Lance 2285 has the kitchen in the rear of the trailer.
