I have a 1996 26' Tahoe Fifth Wheel trailer built by Thor California. The interrior is like new. AC, Micro wave, oven, range with electronic ignition, new oversized refrigerator, heater, outdoor shower, awning, etc. The roof is in great condition and new vents and AC cover have been installed. The black and greay water tanks have always been kept clean with no oders. Everything works, and the furniture and floors are in great condition. However, the outside of the trailer needs some work so please contact me and I will explain. It also needs the springs and the shock adsorbers replaced, the brakes were all replace a couple of years ago and should be in good condition. It has new tires on it, but the suspension has sagged so much it is causing the tires to get hot. If you want a nice trailer for far less than what new ones are going for (if you even can find one!) and have the skill to do the external repairs, this would be a great deal for you.
