Our long term plans have changed so we are selling our almost new 28RKS Titanium 5th wheel.  We bought it new in Jan and have used it for 3 months.  This trailer is prewired to accept 3 Zamp solar panels on the roof so I had the dealer install 3 170 watt panels, as well as upgraded to 4 agm batteries.  There's even a port on the side to plug in a portable unit as well.  We did a lot of camping without electric and it was always more than enough. Fresh water is 80 gal, 2-40 gal grey, 50 gal black. Because of the large tanks, we would also go at least 7 days without needing to dump. Has 50 amp service, 6 point auto leveling system, 10 gal water heater, 15k ac, 35k btu furnace, and 60lbs propane, and backup camera. There's also a factory trailer hitch and a cable lock reel underneath frame to lock items. I added a tire pressure monitoring system as well.  Every appliance and system has worked flawlessly and of course everything is still covered under warranty.  If needed, I have all the essentials such as sewer and electrical adapters, 30 to 50 amp extension cord and surge protector.  A new Cummins/Onan 4500 watt generator with about 10 hours on it, and a new B&W Companion hitch for a newer Ford can be discussed.  These trailers are sometimes hard to come by if you are familiar with the brand and the 2021's prices are going up.  This one stickered over 76k with the panels so I feel this would be a great buy for someone looking for a truly stout rv, built for rougher roads and the cold.  The Titanium package adds too many things to list, but does add about 10k to the price over the mountain series. We did a lot of state parks and usually didn't have a problem due to length.it's 34 feet overall but being a 5th wheel, we had an easier time than smaller travel trailers! I have the clean title
